Airtel Freedom! Get 1G For N1200.

Hi friends, I have been researching on making browsing cheaper for myself and friends. I have been working with some tunneling softwares for sometime but it always comes with its own headache even though, it can help one by-pass some fire-walls. Among them all i enjoyed pd proxy the most until some unscrupulous elements from Nigeria abused it and Nigerian IPs are now banned from using the software.

Enough of the rantings already! Now, to the issue on board: How to get 1G for a month with N1200.
Note: you can use this on phones, andriod tablets and PCs.

Here we go:
1. Recharge your phone with N1200.
2. Send 'BSM' to 440 in text format. (Yes, its meant for BB but works well on other devices).
3. When you get a confirmatory text, remove your airtel sim and put into the device you want to use it on; modems, phones and so on.
4. Set your airtel profile as default and start surfing.
5. To check your validy period, text 'STATUS' to 440.
6. To check your data balance, text 'STATUS' to 141.

NB: IF YOU HAVE A NETWORK LOCKED MODEM AND WANTS TO UNLOCK IT, SO THAT YOU CAN USE ANY SIM ON IT, CONTACT ME.

Any question can be dropped on the comment box. We luv COMMENTS!

WAEC RELEASES RESULTS!

The May/June 2012 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) result released by the examination body, West African Examination Council (WAEC), on Friday August 10, has shown as increase of about 8percent from last year’s performance. Iyi Uwadiae, the head of the Nigeria National Office of WAEC, made this known during the formal announcement of the release of the results at the council’s head quarters in Lagos.

Uwadiae disclosed that out of the 1,672,224 candidates that sat for the examination, 649,156 representing 38.81percent obtained credits in five subjects and above including English Language and Mathematics, which is an increase of about 8percent to the 30.91percent recorded in 2011.

According to the WAEC boss, there has been a consistent improvement in the performance of students in the examination since 2010 which he says “is an indication that investment in the education sector, particularly, under the transformation agenda of the present administration is beginning to yield dividends.”

He said out of the total number that sat for the examination, 1,545,004 candidates representing 91.10percent have their results fully released while 150,874 candidates, representing 8.90percent have a few of their subjects still being processed due to some errors mainly traceable to the candidates and the schools in the course of registration and writing of the examination.

While disclosing that the Council was already working to correct the errors in order to fully release the results of the affected candidates, Uwadiae announced that the results of a total of 122,000 candidates, representing 6.70percent were being withheld in connection with cases of examination malpractices which are being investigated. This, he noted was a decline from last year’s record, noting that an improvement in performance translates to a decrease in malpractices.

He however announced that candidates will be able to check the details of their performance on the Council’s results website: www.waecdirect.org within the next 48 hours.

Earlier, the WAEC boss had lamented the rate of examination malpractice in the country, dearth of qualified teachers for Mathematics and Science related subjects as well as inadequate facilities in both public and private schools and called for improved funding for the educational sector.

Uwadiae who is rounding off his tenure as the Head of Nigeria National Office of WAEC, will be resuming office as the registrar of the Council in Accra, Ghana by October 1, 2012. He will be succeeded by Mivoghenubo Eguridu as the Head of Nigeria National Office.
